1. About these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Ghan Shyam Ram Singar Yadav of India, who runs Art of Option Learning (“we”, “us” or “our”). They apply when you use the Art of Option Learning app and our website, artofoptionlearning.com (together, the “Services”).

By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Who can use the Services

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Services.

3. Education only, not advice

The Services are for education. Lessons, charts, levels, examples, videos and other content explain how markets and chart patterns work. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative or other financial product, and they are not investment, legal or tax advice.

We are not registered with SEBI (the Securities and Exchange Board of India) as an Investment Adviser or a Research Analyst. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Read our Risk Disclaimer before you trade.

4. Your account

  • Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • Do not create an account with someone else’s details.

5. Learning Group

Some features are available only to members of our Learning Group. The conditions for joining are shown in the app and may include confirming that you opened a trading account with a partner broker through our link. Membership is offered at our discretion, and we may change the conditions or end the Learning Group at any time.

Your relationship with any broker is directly between you and that broker. We are not responsible for a broker’s services, charges or conduct.

6. Our content

All content in the Services, including lessons, videos, charts, diagrams, text, graphics, logos and software, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the content for your own learning, which we can withdraw at any time. You may share our charts with friends for learning, but you must not sell, republish or redistribute our content, present it as your own, or use our name or logo.

7. What you share with us

You keep ownership of the homework, messages, images and files you send us. You allow us to store and use them to provide the Services, for example to review your homework or answer a support request. Do not send anything unlawful, harmful or infringing, or anything that contains other people’s personal data without their permission.

8. What you must not do

You must not:

  • pretend to be us or anyone else, including by creating accounts, channels or groups that use our name or logo;
  • offer paid tips, signals or “guaranteed returns” in our name, or suggest that we endorse you;
  • copy, scrape, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the app;
  • try to get around security, access other people’s accounts or disrupt the Services;
  • click on ads fraudulently or encourage others to do so;
  • harass, abuse or threaten anyone; or
  • break any law, including SEBI regulations.

9. Ads and other services

The app shows ads served by Google. The Services also link to websites and apps run by others, such as brokers, YouTube, Telegram and TradingView. These links are not endorsements, and those services have their own terms.

10. Changes to the Services

We may add, change, suspend or stop any part of the Services at any time. We do not promise that the Services will always be available or free of errors.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or misuse the Services, or if the law requires it. You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Content may contain errors or become out of date, and market data may be delayed. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about the accuracy, completeness or suitability of the Services for any purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim about the Services is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or costs caused by your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Services after an update, you accept the updated Terms.

17. Contact and grievances

Send questions or complaints about these Terms to our Grievance Officer, Ghan Shyam Ram Singar Yadav, at artoftradingapp@gmail.com. Our contact page lists other ways to reach us.
